New Studio Album of Deep Purple to be Released in July 2024.

According to the frontman Ian Gillan, Deep Purple finalized the work on the new studio album with all-original material written by the band’s new line-up. Speaking to the Australian Long Way to the Top radio show, Gillan reveals: „We’ve got Simon McBride [on the guitar], who’s just injected this huge amount of energy. We just finished a new album, it’s a pretty hectic year and everyone is very excited that the new album will be out in July“.

This marks the 23rd studio release for Deep Purple overall, following the chart-topping trilogy of Ezrin-produced NOW What?! (2013), InFinite (2017), Whoosh! (2020), and the all-covers album Turning to Crime, which was released in 2021.

Deep Purple has just announced the huge UK/Europe arena tour for October/November 2024, titled „=1 More Time Tour“, leaving fans speculating that this might also be the title of the upcoming album.
