When you start violin playing and do you remember your first violin?

I started playing the violin when I was only 4 years old! It was a 1/16 size so very tiny, just 9 inches.

What are your influences and which violin players are your faves?

My main 3 music influences are Classical, Rock and Indian-Arabian. All 3 are in my blood and soul. My favourites violinists are the older ones like Yehudi Menuhin, Michael Rabin, and Papa John Creach who played with Jefferson Airplane. Musicians that are around now…violinist Sergei Khachatryan , the 2 Cellos and Tina Guo are just thrilling and so electric.

How many violins do you own and what are your favorite models?

I have 3. A 300 year old Gagliano, made in Cremona. I have a Yamaha silent violin and a Fidelius 6 string. I love them all but my Gagliano can produce the most beautiful sounds…

How did you find your spot in the heavy music that Accept play? Do you arranged it for yourself or do you got the parts already?

For the Symphonic Terror Tour, our incredible friend Melo Mafali wrote the parts. He has sadly passed away. For Samson and Delilah with Accept , I arranged the violin parts myself.

How you amplified your violin when play live with a rockband?

It is run through a Kemper profile we created.

When I am not playing my violin or arranging music, I am a facilitator of Feminine Music Mysticism and the path of Tantra. I also travel a lot with my partner Wolf Hoffmann as we love exploring the world and different cultures.

When you only can choose one violin, which one will you take?

The 1725 Gagliano
