When you started bass playing and do you remember your first bass?

I started playing bass in 2013 my father got me a thunderbird bass but after a while the bridge broke off. So I then moved to a fender precision which I did most of my learning on.

What are your Influences and which bass players are your favs?

My biggest influence is Chris Wolstenholme from Muse, after seeing them live at the age of 13 I was immediately driven to learn to play Bass and Guitar. I also love players like Flea, Geddy Lee, Carol Kaye, John Deacon.

How many basses do you own and what are your favourite models?

I use Spector Basses, and I have 2 that I tour with, both models are extremely versatile instruments. Spector euro 4LX and Spector pulse. I also own a Fender precision bass that I use for recording at home for a classic sound.

What makes the perfect bass and amp?

What basses and amps were used on the new album or for recordings?

I used my Spector basses on the new album, we messed around with a lot of amp and preamp simulators but ended up using my live set up to record with. It consists of the darkglass B7K ultra and sansamp bass driver and an MXR bass compressor.

When you can only choose one bass, which one will you take?

It would 100 percent be my euro 4LX
