ROYAL HUNT DROPS ELECTRIFYING LIVE VIDEO FOR „LAST GOODBYE“ FROM POSADA ROCK FESTIVAL 2023
Danish progressive and power metal legends Royal Hunt have just released a brand-new live performance video for „Last Goodbye,“ captured at Posada Rock Festival 2023. This performance stands as a snapshot of a band at peak form, connecting with fans and delivering a moment that resonates far beyond the stage.
Royal Hunt’s legacy continues to evolve, combining soaring melodies with intricate musicianship and a massive sound.
„We all had a really, really „good day“ playing at that fest“ – André Andersen remembers – „the sound was happening and the crowd was great, so everybody was in top form. Sometimes festivals can be a bit chaotic, but not that one“.
On the reason to include that particular song on Royal Hunt´s new EP „Behind the Curtain“ he says: „Last Goodbye“ is one of our most requested songs, so – considering the inclusion of a couple of unplugged tracks on that EP – an up-tempo, energetic song to follow them was a given“.
The EP „Behind the Curtain“ was released as a deluxe edition digipak CD+DVD on 5. November 2025 via NorthPoint Productions & Sound Pollution (EU / North & South America), as jewel case CD on 29. Oktober 2025 via King Records (Japan / SE Asia), and on vinyl by Night of the Vinyl Dead (Worldwide). The release was made possible through overwhelming fan support and stands as a celebration of Royal Hunt’s global community.
