Alissa White-Gluz – New Band „BLUE MEDUSA“ on the way

This project feels like the next evolution of something each of us has been building toward for years. Expect heavy music with real intention behind it. To me, it reflects the strengths each of us has spent most of our lives developing.

The Medusa myth has always felt more layered than the version most people grow up hearing. There’s something in it about transformation, power, and reclaiming what others fear. Sharing this on International Women’s Day feels especially meaningful to me because I care deeply about young women seeing that there is a place for them in heavy music. I know how much it matters to see what’s possible reflected back at you, and I hope this band can be a small part of that.
